Refund policy
We gladly exchange on any purchase, excluding sale items.
EXCHANGES: To exchange an item, please email us prior and we will issue a free postage code for you to order your new item online: EMAIL: sales@oztagger.com.au You will then need to return your unwanted item to: Oztagger, PO Box 2844, Taren Point NSW 2229 for a full refund. Please include a note with Name / Order Number. Please note, if you'd prefer not to re-order prior, please return your item with a note outlining the item you like sent out.
FOR CHANGE OF MIND OR REFUND: For customers wanting a refund, we ask that items are returned to us at: Oztagger, PO Box 2844, Taren Point NSW 2229. All items being returned must be received within 30 DAYS OF DATE OF PURCHASE. As soon as the item is received, a refund will be inititated to the original payment method. Please include a note with your Name / Order Number.
NO return will be accepted after 30 days. To be eligible for an exchange or return, your item must be unworn and in the same condition you received it. All returned items must be received in their original packaging.
Sale items cannot be returned or refunded.
