HELP! What size do I buy?
Please head to our size charts for detailed information about sizes: SIZE CHART
In short:
Official Oztag Shorts ($30) are generally a little smaller in size - especially for men. We recommend a size up
Sublimated Oztag Shorts ($45) are larger for younger children (size down) and just right for young adults / men
Official Oztag Tights ($35) are tiny in the kids sizes. Please refer to our size chart. Ladies might feel more comfortable sizing up one size.
Polyknit Tights ($40). Please size up one size
Sublimated Tights ($50). For all sizes Kids 14 through Ladies, we recommend sizing up one size minimum. For ladies over L14, sizing up by 2 sizes would be fair.
What is your returns policy?
To EXCHANGE an item, please email us first. Oztagger will cover the cost of sending a replacement out to you, but the customer will be required to pay for the return of the unwanted item for a refund.
TO REFUND an item, please send to us at: OZTAGGER, PO BOX 2844, TAREN POINT NSW 2229. Please include your order number and name on a slip of paper inside and we will refund upon receipt.
Please understand that a refund will take 3-4 business days to appear in your account. You will receive an email as soon as we have actioned this.
We have 3 rules of returns, item(s) must be returned:
- Item(s) must be returned within 30 days of purchase; 30 starts from the date of purchase to when it is received at our warehouse
- Item(s) must be unworn and unused with the original tags still attached. Items sealed for hygiene reasons can only be returned if the seal is intact.; and
- Item(s) must be in the original packaging.
If your item matches all of these condition, you can lodge a return back to us.
The item is out of stock. What now?
We try to maintain stock levels that will keep up with demand but some of our more popular items may sell out fast. More stock is always on it's way - we will try and give an estimate of time on each product.
If you would like to receive a notification if your size becomes available again, simply click on the style and size you'd like and add your emal to the notifications list.
Are Oztagger items allowed to be worn on the field at Oztag competitions?
Yes indeed! All shorts and tights sold on this site are Official OES items. In fact, OES are the ONLY brand of Oztag Shorts and Tights that can be worn in competitions throughout Australia. Competition organisers have been told by Australian Oztag to not allow anyone on the fields that are not wearing OES Shorts or Tigths.
How do I care for my new Oztagger items?
Yes, all of our items are machine washable. For best results, we recommend washing in cold water and drying on a line in the shade. Please be aware that Lycra will pill when rubbed against a rough surface such as concrete or bricks. Please take care of your tights to ensure this doesn't happen.
How do I change my delivery address after my order has been placed?
We process and pack your order as fast as possible. Your delivery address can only be changed by us as long as your order has not been shipped. To change your delivery address, contact us directly via email or using the form on our contact page.
Once you have received a notification that the parcel has been shipped, it might still be possible for your to change the delivery address as long as tracking does not state delivered. For Australia Post deliveries: by creating an account with Australia Post through myPost you can redirect the parcel to a new address.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is confirmed and shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the delivery status of your package.
